Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellations & Modifications
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within twenty-four hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped from the manufacturer, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the standard return process will apply once the item has been received. 

Returns

Returns are subject to approval and may include restocking fees as well as shipping and handling costs from our vendors. Return requests must be submitted within seven days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging, including all materials, components, and documentation. Wiring must not be cut or altered. Writing or markings on the original packaging may result in a refused return.

Additionally, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, and all shipping costs—including return shipping—are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the item was received defective or incorrect. For any missing product information, spec sheets, or pricing, please contact our team by phone or email.

 *Some USA vendors do not accept returns. 

Return Process
To initiate a return, you must contact your sales representative directly. All requests are reviewed, and you will be contacted within three to five business days. Items must not be returned without prior approval. Unauthorized returns, shipments with unpaid postage, or items not in original condition will be refused and returned to the sender. Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Final Sale Items
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include light bulbs, chains, rods, shades, glass components, parts, remotes, and outdoor posts. Customized, made-to-order, or modified fixtures are final sale. Clearance items, final sale items, floor models, open box products, and items marked “as is” are also non-returnable. Products shipped from the United States are not eligible for return.

Important Disclaimers
Luminosa is not responsible for fixtures that do not fit your junction box or space requirements. Customers are responsible for reviewing all specification sheets prior to purchase. If specifications are not available online, they can be requested prior to ordering. Installation costs, including electrician fees, are not covered under any circumstances.

Variations in natural materials and finishes, including marble veining, wood grain, alabaster patterns, or hand-crafted details, are inherent to the product and are not considered defects. Such cases will be treated as standard returns.
